3 tbs oil (in a pan heat for 5 minutes @ 4 heat)
add --- 1tsp mustard, 1 tsp jeera [once it splatters]
add --- 3 green chillies slit, 1/2 stem curry leaves [1 min]
add --- 1 Onion chopped [5 min]
add --- 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder [2 min]
add --- 3/4 tsp ginger garlic paste [2 min]
add --- 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp Masala Kaaram, 1 tsp dhania jeera, 1 tsp pomegranate powder [1 min]
add --- 2 Tomatoes chopped [5 min] closed lid
add --- 2 Potatoes chopped [30 min] closed lid
[intervals 10 min @ 4, 8 min @ 3.5, 6 min @ 3.5, 5 min @ 3.5]
add --- in the ending 2 pinches Mexican seasoning
