Shilpas mom recipes

Aaloo Methi:

Oil, Onion 1 m, Gingar paste, Turmeric, 3 Potatoes diced, garam masala, Salt, Kaaram, Methi, some water +5min after its cooked garnish with Cilantro



Kheema Balls:

1 tsp oil, 1m Onion fry till golden brown, let it cool.

In a grinder add the onion, Pudina, Kothimere, Coconut, Gingar paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt, kaaram - pulse grind
Then add goat kheema (if not then lamb kheema) and grind it good.
Then make kheema balls.

In another pan, heat oil and fry the balls on low heat.

For gravy in a wok
add oil, onion, turmeric, gingar paste, salt, kaaram, kheema balls (that are not yet cooked),
some water and let it cook for 20 minutes then slowly the water will dry then fry for few minutes and then add some water this time to make the gravy. (you can mix that water in the grinder that you used to get the flavours), or save some of the paste before grinding with kheema.
